Review : Six Pack Shortcuts by Mike Chang (SCAM IS SUCH A HARSH WORD)

OK I have seen this dude's channel on YouTube . . . and while it may seem like a scam . . . . I really isn't . . . . I haven't bought the eBook/Video Training package myself so any full review would be unfair but from looking at all the FREE videos the guy has on YouTube . . . it isn't hard to tell the type of program it is and the fact that the little Asian dude is in fact legit . . . that being said that does not mean that it is anything special or SECRET about it either . . . . HARD WORK . . . HIGH INTENSITY CARDIO . . . AND A BALANCED DIET . . . are the only things that get you to LOSE FAT and get those six pack abs . . . from watching what is free on YouTube it looks like he does a type of HYBREAD version of both the popular 90x and the Insanity workout programs (from Beach Body) and combine them with some traditional trains exercises. HIGH INTENSITY CARDIO WORKOUTS MAKE YOU SWEAT and that is why they are so damn effective. I have been doing Insanity in the house before I goto the gym and I really like it. I also goto the gym and do weight training for about an hour every day and then try to do another hour on the tread mill everyday. I just started the Insanity Workout so I can speak on results just yet but I know that it is making we sweat HARD and really gets my HEART PUMPING so that is why I know it is going to be good. I walk fast paced at 4 mph and leave the hill all the way up to a 15 incline . . . then when that gets too easy I will lower the incline to about 7 or 10 and raise the speed up to 7 or 8 mph for about 60 seconds too get my heart racing again then I lower the sped and raise the incline again. I do this for 45 to 60 minutes a day. Then I lift weights and again I try to keep my intensity high by doing super sets (not resting in-between sets) and really trying to push myself hard, make my self sweat, and keep my heart rate up. I try not to stop sweating and only really take rests for water and air until I am done. I have lost about 35-40 pounds in about 3-4 months and I have gained some much needed muscle as well.

My diet consists of allot of protein and very little carbs. I NEVER TOUCH WHITE BREAD! And I consider wheat bread to be a treat which I do not consume everyday. I have a glass of water, then a glass of OJ and a peanut butter banana whey protein shake for breakfast, chicken or tuna salad for lunch, another protein shake after my workout and some more chicken or tuna with broccoli or green peas for dinner. And I drink allot of water throughout the day. I am NOT where I want to be yet but I can tell that I am not too far, maby another 3-4 months and another 30 pounds and Ill be able to use my before and after shots to sell an ebook . . . lmfao . . . But I know now that their are no shortcuts but that hard work and discipline do pay off in the long run as long as you stick to your goals, work hard and try not to cheat your-self.

Anyway back to sixpack shortcuts . . . . SCAM IS SUCH A HARSH WORD . . . after watching all Mike Chang's free videos, I dont doubt that he lost the weight (and got the sixpack abs) he has from doing the workouts and following the basic diet that he is going to teach you in the PAID WORKOUT PLAIN that he sells but I think that could get very expensive to say lease and it sounds like he takes your credit card and will continue to charge it monthly for more videos / support if you dont cancel the membership early so be careful to listen up and read all the fine print.

That being said, I do encourage you to tune into Mike Chang's Youtube Channel @ http://www.youtube.com/sixpackshortcuts he will teach you allot of good techniques and training tips in his video library. Good Luck.

  2. I purchased Mikes program several months ago. I can say from personal experience, it did the job it claimed! I have been training for years prior, and know a lot about nutrition (6 meals, larger meals in morning phasing into smaller meals at night, 90/10 carbs/protein in morning meals phasing to 10/90 carb/protein even meals, 2hr between morning meals phasing to 3.5hr between evening meals). But this program (especially the way he organized meals) really put a lot of the pieces together for me in a simple and easy to stay consistent program. I have maintained 6-pack for about 3 months now since finishing it. I still use his workouts, they are some of the most enjoyable workouts I have ever done (especially the hammer curl dropset going to pushups - I've never experienced anything like that before - if you do it you will know what I mean)
So I can qualify that sixpackshortcuts is the real deal
