Quit smoking ....lose toxic water weight! After over ten years smoking a pack per day, I have decided to put the cancer sticks down in hopes of getting rid of toxic water wieght and belly fat. Each and every cigerett you smoke, introduces thousands of different toxic chemicals into your blood stream. Since your body can not use these chemicals, in fact manny of them are very harm full, so your body is forced to wrap and store all the chemicals it cant sweat out in water and fat tissue. This leads to even more flabby storage than just eating an unhealthy diet and lack of regular exercise alone. So after years of abusing my body, I have decided to start using my body to work towards a healthier, happier me. It makes absolutely no sense to continue to smoking cigeretts, while eating salads, drinking water and hitting the gym six days per week. My goal is a lean, cookie cutter body, and my smoking addition is just another obstical standing in my way.
